Small groups work together with the Yoga Therapist to design specific and appropriate sessions.
What to Expect:
1st Session – Time to share your needs and personal history; together design sessions; introduce & practice appropriate techniques.
2nd and 3rd Sessions – Check in re home practice; introduce & practice techniques.
Techniques
Restorative – a very supportive practice where you stretch comfortably over bolsters. This is ideal if you have a go-go-go personality, and need to slow down.
Breathing – learn to breathe slower and deeper. This helps lung function, triggers the body’s relaxation response, and increases the amount of oxygen available to your body.
Meditations – practice a variety of techniques and find out which work for you.
Movement, Poses, Venus Kriyas (couples) – practice a series specifically designed for you or you and your partner
Deep Relaxation – guided systematic relaxation that deeply relaxes body and mind.
Suggested minimum number of sessions is 3. Suggested maximum number of people in group: 5.

60 minute session: $90
90 minute session: $135
2 hour session: $180
