YOGA CLASSES / SERVICES OFFERED
Keeping You Together
It feels so good; a long, slow stretch. The body is happy. And coupled with a yawn, well, its delightfully satisfying.
Moving in and out of yoga postures, called asanas, can be like that those times when you care to make it a gentle releasing practice. Take it nice and slow and allow the body to unwind gradually. Flow in as many directions as you like, at your own pace, stretching limbs, fingers, toes, torso; creating space in your head, releasing tension, and coming alive as you keep breathing slowly, lengthening and letting go.
Take a breath right now and let it out slowly, as you roll your head gently from side to side; shoulders relaxed, draw the shoulder blades down, and move in one direction and then the other; slow, easy, fluid movements.
Be aware of the sensations in your neck.
Sometimes, you just need to take a break to tune into yourself. The break may be 1 minute or 10 minutes. Its great to have techniques to get you where or how you want to be.
Enjoy Yoga, a means of keeping you together.
