200 hour Basic Level Yoga Certification in Ontario – Yoga Alliance approved
If you like the idea of understanding and savoring your full nature – moving with ease, feeling vibrant, appreciating emotions, and touching the joy within – this yoga program might be for you. Sharing yoga authentically means you yourself first explore the breadth of yoga from postures to moving within. You will have time to do so within this yoga teacher training program. If you are in a helping profession – say social worker, teacher, nurse – the more you practice being aligned with your nature the more strength, courage, clarity and focus will be at your fingertips as you interact.
You can take this program over 2 years or in 5 months. There are 4 levels each 50 hours or 5 days. Levels 3 and 4 include a practicum in your community.
